Joe Jonas has been spending time in New York City in between his tour dates, seemingly in order to be with his kids.

The 34-year-old singer was spotted with his younger brother Nick Jonas while leaving their hotel and heading to the airport on Monday (September 25) in New York City.

Joe and Nick were en route to Pittsburgh, Penn. for the latest stop on the Jonas Brothers‘ Five Albums. One Night. The World Tour.

It was announced on Monday that Joe and his estranged wife Sophie Turner have agreed to keep their two young children in New York City for now amid her attempt to bring them to England.

In the latest update, TMZ reports, “Joe and Sophie agreed to a temporary consent agreement and filed it with a federal judge.”

There’s an update on Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas‘ divorce after Sophie filed a lawsuit against her estranged husband.

If you didn’t see, the 27-year-old Game of Thrones star sued the Jonas Brother over their daughters, Willa, 3, and their youngest daughter “D,” 1. Sophie wanted the children returned to England, where she claimed they had agreed to raise their daughters. Joe then responded to Sophie‘s lawsuit, calling it a “harsh legal position.”
