Tiger Woods is calling out his now ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman.

If you didn’t know, the 38-year-old former restaurant manager invoked the Speak Out Act amid a battle over a non-disclosure agreement, which is used to protects victims of sexual harassment and assault.

According to a filing, Tiger‘s lawyers are hitting back at the “utterly meritless” attempt to nullify the NDA signed at the start of their romance.

Tiger Woods‘ girlfriend Erica Herman is reportedly taking him to court over a NDA.

The 38-year-old restaurant manager, who has dated the pro golfer for about six years, is citing a law that prohibits NDAs when there’s evidence of sexual assault or harassment, according to TMZ.

In the legal documents obtained by the outlet, Erica alleges Tiger made her sign an NDA at the start of their relationship around August of 2017, which she now says is being wrongfully enforced on her.

She claims a private trust that Tiger runs is attempting to steamroll her into staying quiet about their relationship by aggressively enforcing the NDA.

She argues in her paperwork that the NDA should be declared unenforceable under the federal Speak Out Act, which prohibits the enforceability of an NDA agreed to before a dispute concerning sexual assault or sexual harassment.

She and Tiger are seemingly no longer together, although there is no mention of the end of their relationship. They have not been pictured together in public for a while, either.

Erica is seemingly eager to speak out regarding her experience with Tiger, and wants a judge to declare the NDA invalid and unenforceable.

The 47-year-old professional athlete was playing in the Genesis Invitational earlier this week, and during the ninth hole round, was seen handing what is believed to be a tampon to fellow golfer Justin Thomas, who was just beside him.

In the video captured, via Golf Digest, Justin looked down at what was in his hand, laughed and then tossed the package down.

The exchange had fans reacting in a multitude of ways, and also drew criticism for being offensive to women.

Now, Tiger has issued an apology over the exchange.
