It was a great night full of the biggest stars in country music at the 2022 CMT Music Awards!

So many stars hit the stage for performances and to accept awards on Monday (April 11) at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn.

The big winners of the night were Jason Aldean, Carrie Underwood, and Cody Johnson, who all brought home two awards each.

Taylor Swift even won an award for a song that she originally released back in 2008.

Maddie Marlow of the duo Maddie & Tae gave the most emotional speech of the night at the 2022 CMT Music Awards!

The 26-year-old singer, who was at the show without bandmate Tae Dye, accepted the award solo on Monday (April 11) at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn.

Maddie & Tae won the award for Duo/Group Video of the Year for their song “Woman You Got.”

During her emotional speech, Maddie teared up when she saw Tae show up on a big screen in the auditorium. For those who don’t know, she’s at home with her daughter Leighton, who was born three months premature back in January.

“Tell that baby girl I love her,” Maddie said to Tae during the speech.

LeAnn Rimes, Lily Aldridge and more stars were presenters at the 2022 CMT Music Awards!

The ladies both looked stunning on the pink carpet on Monday (April 11) at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn.

Also in attendance at the event as presenters were Queer Eye stars Antoni Porowski, Tan France, Karamo Brown, and Bobby Berk.

This is the second music awards show that Lily has attended this month. She was at the Grammys last weekend to support her husband Caleb Followill and his band Kings of Leon.

FYI: LeAnn is wearing a Georges Chakra Couture dress. Lily is wearing a Khaite dress. Antoni is wearing Valentino. Tan is wearing Germanier.

Carrie Underwood gave one of the most impressive performances at the 2022 CMT Music Awards, though it didn’t happen live.

The 39-year-old former American Idol winner didn’t perform live, even though she was in attendance for the show on Monday (April 11) at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn.

Carrie‘s performance of “Ghost Story,” which included some aerial stunts, was pre-taped during her Las Vegas residency at Resorts World.

Thomas Rhett hangs out with wife Lauren Akins backstage at the 2022 CMT Music Awards on Monday (April 11) at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn.

The cute couple reunited following his performance at the award show with Riley Green.

For their performance, Thomas and Riley turned the floor of the auditorium into a honkytonk and welcomed the crowd close for their performance of “Half of Me”.

Thomas is also up for an award tonight, including Male Video of the Year for “Country Again”.

Jessie James Decker and husband Eric Decker are a picture perfect couple on the pink carpet at the 2022 CMT Music Awards!

The 34-year-old country singer and the 35-year-old former football player walked the carpet together on Monday (April 11) at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn.

While being interviewed at the show, Eric revealed he forgot to wear his wedding ring to the event, so Jessie did something creative.

Taylor Lautner looks sharp in his all black suit at the 2022 CMT Music Awards on Monday (April 11) at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn.

The 30-year-old actor hit the pink carpet with his fiancée Tay Dome, who wore an eye catching purple dress for the event.

Taylor is set to present at the award show tonight.

The two Taylors got engaged just a few months ago and Taylor opened up about how he popped the question to Tay.

“She always has said ‘I don’t want anything special. I don’t want anything big and grand. Do it in the kitchen. I love cooking so I make us food all the time in the kitchen and we just eat at the counter. One night after we eat in the kitchen [propose], that’s all I want. Simple,’” he teased. “So, I did do it in the kitchen.”
