Anne Hathaway blew everyone away with her red carpet style at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival this year and now her stylist is speaking out about how they planned those looks.
The 39-year-old Oscar-winning actress made her first-ever appearance at Cannes this year for the premiere of her movie Armageddon Time.
Anne‘s stylist Erin Walsh said she wanted to “really honor that moment” of the first experience.

The 2022 Cannes Film Festival has officially come to a close and the winners list has been revealed!
The winners for the awards were chosen by the festival’s jury led by French actor Vincent Lindon and supported by Rebecca Hall, Deepika Padukone, Noomi Rapace, Jasmine Trinca, Asghar Farhadi, Lady Ly, Jeff Nichols, and Joachim Trier.
Movies like Elvis and Top Gun: Maverick had big premieres at the festival, but they were not eligible for awards. 21 movies were eligible for the Palme d’Or, which is essentially the Best Picture prize.

Diane Kruger and Norman Reedus are at the closing ceremony for the 2022 Cannes Film Festival!
The longtime couple walked the red carpet at the final day of the festival on Saturday (May 28) in Cannes, France.
Earlier in the week, Diane and Norman were at the 75th anniversary celebration for the festival. While she has been attending the festival for years, this marked the first time they attended together.

Michelle Williams arrives at the photo call for “Showing Up” at Palais des Festivals on Saturday (May 28) in Cannes, France.
The 41-year-old actress was seen wore a two piece Chanel set that featured a crop black blouse and matching wide leg trousers. She paired the look with black and white ballet flats.
Michelle was joined by Showing Up‘s director Kelly Reichardt at the event. The pair’s new film, which marks their fourth collaboration together, follows a sculptor who struggles to balance her creative life with the daily dramas of family and friends.

This is Gemma‘s return to Cannes following her festival debut last year.
Ahead of the premiere, Gemma posed for photos on the balcony of her hotel while wearing a Tory Burch polo and skirt.

The 76-year-old Oscar-winning actress rocked super-long hair extensions and a smokey cat eye makeup look while walking the red carpet at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival on Friday (May 27) in Cannes, France.
Helen was in attendance at the premiere of Mother and Son, where she met up with friend Andie MacDowell on the red carpet. They were seen doing a cute dance on the carpet!
While not pictured, Helen was also joined at the premiere by her husband Taylor Hackford. They suffered a tragic loss just last month.
It was just announced that Helen will be starring in a highly-anticipated television series with Harrison Ford.

Georgina Rodriguez has returned to the public eye following the tragic death of her son.
The 28-year-old model walked the red carpet at the premiere of Elvis on Wednesday (May 25) during the 2022 Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.
This marked Georgina‘s first public appearance since losing her son on April 18. She and boyfriend Cristiano Ronaldo were expecting twins and only one of the babies survived the birth.
“It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away. It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel. Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness,” the couple said in a statement last month.
Cristiano and Georgina recently revealed the name of their newborn daughter.
