It’s a very big day for Avril Lavigne!
The 37-year-old “Sk8er Boi” singer was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday (August 31) in Los Angeles.
Avril got support at the event from fiance Mod Sun and longtime friends Machine Gun Kelly and Joel Madden.
To the event, Avril brought along a photo of herself when she first visited Hollywood at 16-years-old when she started her music career.

Snoop Dogg snaps a pic with Bebe Rexha on the red carpet at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night (August 28) at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.
The 50-year-old rapper stepped out for the annual music award show alongside his son, Cordell, as well as singer Avril Lavigne and her fiance, Mod Sun.
Later tonight, Snoop will be hitting the stage with Eminem for an iconic performance.
MTV is describing the team up as “an unforgettable performance that spans the continental United States” and the two will be performing their collab, “From the D 2 the LBC.”
This marks both Snoop and Eminem‘s first times performing at the VMAs in over a decade.

Miranda Lambert cozies up to husband Brendan Mcloughlin at the 2022 Academy Of Country Music Honors at Ryman Auditorium on Wednesday night (August 24) in Nashville, Tenn.
The cute couple were joined by a ton of other country stars including Mickey Guyton, Lainey Wilson, Lily Rose, Morgan Wallen, Dan & Shay, Carly Pearce and Little Big Town.
Avril Lavigne, along with Monarch stars Trace Adkins and Beth Ditto, were also at the annual event, which will honor Shania Twain with the Poet’s Award.

Avril Lavigne and Mod Sun are enjoying a fun night out together.
The 37-year-old “Bite Me” singer and the 35-year-old Internet Killed the Rockstar performer were seen holding hands as they left a party in New York City on Tuesday night (June 28).
Avril wore a pink satin corset top and black leather pants for her outing, pairing the look with platform shoes and a pink necklace. Mod opted for a vintage band t-shirt with a plaid flannel and jeans.
A few months ago, the couple confirmed that they were engaged with a super sweet post to social media. They also attended the Grammys together right before that and you can see all the photos here.

The Canadian stars are stepping out for the 2022 JUNO Awards!
Shawn Mendes was all smiles as he posed on the red carpet while arriving at the awards show on Sunday (May 15) at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Canada.
Fellow Canadian stars in attendance included Avril Lavigne with fiance Mod Sun and Shang-Chi star Simu Liu, who served as the host for the evening.
If you don’t know, the JUNO Awards are the Canadian version of the Grammys.
During the show, Shawn won the Tik Tok Juno Fan Choice Award and was also honored with an International Achievement Award.
Avril also took to the stage for a performance of her greatest hit songs.

The 37-year-old singer, who just recently dropped her new album, was joined by boyfriend Mod Sun at the event, and the twosome were seen sharing a few kisses ahead of the show.
Avril is one of several celebrity presenters for the ceremony.
