The 22-year-old TikTok superstar spoke out in a new feature for WSJ Magazine, out now.

During the conversation, ahead of her new podcast “Hot Mess,” Alix spoke about her daily routine and workout schedule, her music taste, rumors about her career, and what people say to her when they recognize her.

Alix Earle is opening up about her mental health and a recent incident at the U.S. Open.

In a video posted to her TikTok account on Monday (September 11), the 22-year-old influencer revealed that she “had a little panic attack” while attending the U.S. Open in New York City.

“I’m literally on the floor of the bathroom in the suite. I thought I was going to go home, I thought I was going to have to call 911, I felt like I couldn’t breathe,” she shared.

In addition to opening up about her experience at the U.S. Open, Alix also told her followers how she copes with her anxiety.

“No. 1, and I know this is super hard, but I like to tell someone that I don’t feel good, that I’m having anxiety,” she said. “It helps to have someone there, you know, that if something does happen to you they’ll be be able to get help or do something,”

Alix went on to share that she likes to practice breathing exercises to calm herself down and then distract herself by talking about things such as the food she ate that day

“That helps calm your nervous system and get into a better headspace,” she said. “You will just go through this rabbit hole in your head freaking out so you need to, as hard as it is, just find something else.”

Alix emphasized that she tell fans about her anxiety in hopes of helping others cope with theirs.

“I just wanted to make this video because I was able to get myself out of that headspace, and we stayed and we had a great time. Years before when something like this would happen to me, I would usually end up just leaving,” she explained.

Gigi Hadid, Priyanka Chopra, and Emily Ratajkowski all posed for photos on the pink carpet while arriving at the Victoria’s Secret Celebrates The Tour ’23 event held on Wednesday night (September 6) at The Manhattan Center in New York City.

The 22-year-old TikTok superstar got candid in a new conversation with Elle, which is out now.

During the interview, Alix spoke about her massive rise to fame on social media, public scrutiny, her appearance, her career goals and what she will (and won’t) do in the future.

Alix Earle is addressing all of the rumors about her nose.

On Wednesday (August 23), the 22-year-old TikTok star shared a new video setting the record straight on all of the speculation that she got a nose job.

In the TikTok, Alix denied getting a nose job, but did admit that her current appearance surprises her.

“I genuinely think that I got a nose job in my sleep,” Alix said, before pulling up a photo of her younger self.

“Look at my nose,” Alix continued, as she pointed to the photo. “Like granted I didn’t know how to use nose contour at the time. But it’s crazy how much your nose grows into your face.”

This isn’t the first time Alix has had to address speculation that she got a nose job, recalling how exes used to question if she had work done.

“I’ve literally had boyfriends before and I’ve shown them young photos of me like going through puberty,” Alix said. “And they’re like, ‘I literally don’t believe you.’”

“They ask my parents like, ‘Did she have a nose job?’” Alix added.

Alix - who got a boob job last year – then shared a possible explanation as to why her face has changed.

“Lip filler changed my face so much too,” Alix responded to a fan in the comments of the post.

Another fan then pointed out that the acne medication Alix was on can also change the shape of your nose.

“My nose shrunk because of accutane!” the fan wrote, as Alix responded, “People always say this.”

Last month, Alix and her NFL beau made their red carpet debut!

The 22-year-old TikTok star hit the red carpet with Braxton, who plays for the Miami Dolphins, at the 2023 ESPY Awards held at Dolby Theatre on Wednesday (July 12) in Hollywood.

Alix and Braxton‘s appearance comes just months after he split from Sophia Culpo.

The twosome joined a few other couples at the show including Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany, pregnant Shawn Johnson and Andrew East, Paul Walter Hauser and his wife, Amy, and Lil Rel Howery and Dannella Lane.

The 22-year-old social media sensation, who is know for her “Get Ready With Me” videos, hosted her first Amazon Live the other day to share her favorite beachwear picks on Amazon.

“Wear what makes you comfortable. Everyone has their own fashion sense and I find when I’m wearing something I feel comfortable in, that’s when I am the happiest,” she shared.

Alix plans on spending the summer in the Hamptons.

“I have a house with my sister and all my girlfriends. We are basically going to move in together. We went to Europe last month and that was so much fun, so we were like, let’s do another summer house together. I am so excited for you guys to see,” she shared.

Nico Hulkenberg made a rare appearance with his wife Elge Ruskyte at the Palm Angels Party over the weekend in Miami!

The F1 driver stepped out for the event alongside Haas teammate Kevin Magnussen, and a handful of other celebs including Brooklyn Beckham, TikTok’s Alix Earle and more.

Candice Swanepoel, Josephine Skriver, Stella Maxwell, Evan Ross, Blake Gray, Camila Coelho, Chantel Jeffries, Meredith Duxbury, Tessa Brooks, and Miami Heat player Tyler Herro were all spotted at the bash, with Palm Angels’ founder and creative director, Francesco Ragazzi.

The party celebrated the partnership between Palm Angels and the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team. The fashion brand has two exclusive collections of limited-edition t-shirts, sweatshirts, trousers, shirts, and sneakers, that pay homage to the racing sport.

In addition to a seated dinner event, guests were treated to cocktails and stunning views at a private waterfront residence. Food was provided by Casa Tua and included three courses of Italian classics.
