Janelle Monae isn’t shy about her boobs anymore!

The 37-year-old musician lifted one side of her bra top to expose on of her breasts on stage during the 2023 Essence Festival of Culture in New Orleans, Louisiana over the weekend.

Just last month, Janelle opened up about the insecurity she once had for her breasts, and got candid about her acceptance of them.

In addition to Janelle, Eve also made a big return to the stage over the weekend, alongside fellow musicians Lauryn Hill, Kelly Rowland, Tobe Nwigwe, Ice T, Ice Cube, Coco Jones, Sandra Denton and Cheryl James of Salt-N-Pepa, Tems, Wizkid, Remy Ma, and Lil Wayne.

While the performances were hot, there were also a lot of major discussion panels throughout the weekend.

Oprah Winfrey spoke to Danielle Brooks, Blitz Bazawule, Fantasia Barrino and Taraji P. Henson; Abbott Elementary‘s Lisa Ann Walter, Quinta Brunson, Sheryl Lee Ralph, and Janelle James; and Tiffany Haddish joined Rosario Dawson, LaKeith Stanfield, and Justin Simien for a fun convo on stage too.

Other celebs spotted include The Bachelorette‘s Charity Lawson, Grey’s Anatomy‘s Chandra Wilson, Isis King, Quvenzhane Wallis, Sherri Shepard, Al Sharpton, Diamond White, Ashleigh Murray, and Sinclair Daniel.

Vice President Kamala Harris also made a special appearance at the festival, where she spoke with The View‘s Sunny Hostin.

Lisa Ann Walter won over hearts as Chessy in the 1998 adaptation of The Parent Trap, which also starred Lindsay Lohan. However, her life mirrored the movie in a unique way when she gave birth to twin sons.

The 59-year-old Abbott Elementary actress opened up about the shocking thing that her twin boys have in common with Lindsay‘s characters during a recent interview.

Sheryl Lee Ralph, Lisa Ann Walter and Tyler James Williams attended a session on their hit show Abbott Elementary during PaleyFest LA 2023 at the Dolby Theatre on Saturday (April 1) in Hollywood, Calif.

The trio posed for photos at the event where it was revealed that Taraji P. Henson was set to make a guest star appearance on the series playing Quitna Brunson‘s onscreen mom.

Christina Aguilera, Bad Bunny and Jennifer Coolidge picked up wins at the 2023 GLAAD Media Awards, which were hosted at the The Beverly Hilton on Thursday evening (March 30) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

We already knew that the “Dirrty” diva and Un Verano Sin Ti hitmaker were set to be recognized at the ceremony. Christina was awarded GLAAD’s Advocate for Change Award and Bad Bunny received the Vanguard Award.

Jennifer, who didn’t walk the red carpet, was a surprise appearance. She was honored with GLAAD’s Social Impact Award when she appeared onstage at the start of the show.

So many celebrities hit the runway for the 2023 ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Awards on Thursday evening (March 9) in Los Angeles.

The stars of Abbott Elementary are hitting the red carpet!

Quinta Brunson, Tyler James Williams, and Sheryl Lee Ralph posed for photos as they arrived at the 2023 Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday night (February 26) at Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles.

Fellow Abbott Elementary cast members in attendance included Janelle James, William Stanford Davis, and Lisa Ann Walter who brought her Parent Trap co-star Elaine Hendrix as her date!

Abbott Elementary is nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series while Quinta is nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series.

There was an incredible The Parent Trap reunion on the red carpet at the SAG Awards!

Lisa Ann Walter and Elaine Hendrix posed for photos together at the 2023 Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday night (February 26) at Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles.

The two ladies played Chessy and Meredith Blake in the 1998 movie The Parent Trap opposite Lindsay Lohan and have remained best friends for the past 25 years.

Lisa Ann is nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series for her work in the series Abbott Elementary. The cast is up against the ensembles in Barry, The Bear, Hacks, and Only Murders in the Building.
