Stephen Amell has opened up about joining the picket line for the SAG-AFTRA strike.

The 42-year-old actor was seen on the picket line earlier this week, just days after making comments about how he didn’t support the strike during a fan convention.

If you missed it, he had described the strike as “incredibly frustrating” and a “reductive negotiating tactic” when asked about it at the convention.

His comments quickly went viral and was met with much criticism. Following that, he did issue a statement about his words and explained that he actually did support the strike.

Now, in a new sighting, Stephen has made new comments.

Stephen Amell is clarifying his viral comments about the actors’ strike.

The 42-year-old Heels and Arrow actor said, in part, that he found the strike “incredibly frustrating” and a “reductive negotiating tactic.” He also said, he supports “my union, I do, and I stand with them but I do not support striking, I don’t.”

Hailee Steinfeld was showing off her long legs at the premiere of Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse!

The 26-year-old actress, who voices Ghost Spider in the movie, hit the red carpet in a thigh high-slit skirt with a denim top at the Regency Village Theatre on Tuesday night (May 30) in Los Angeles.

Hailee joined her co-stars Shameik Moore, Daniel Kaluuya, Issa Rae, Bryan Tyree Henry, Jason Schwartzman, and Jake Johnson at the event.

The cast of the movie got support from celeb guests including Aldis Hodge, Tamera Mowry-Housley, Jordin Sparks and her son DJ, Dinah Jane, Blac Chyna, Allison Holker and her three kids – Weslie, Maddox and Zara Boss.

Evan Ross, Offset and his three sons, Robin Thicke and son Julian, Christina Milian, June Diane Raphael and Paul Scheer, Wiz Khalifa, Garcelle Beauvais and her twin boys Jax and Jaid, Stephen Amell and Cassandra Jean with their daughter Mavi, and Cobie Smulders and husband, Taran Killam, were also there.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse will hit theaters on Friday, June 2.

Stephen Amell is in the midst of a lawsuit that he filed against his neighbors and their animal rescue business.

The 41-year-old Arrow actor and his wife Cassandra Jean live next door to Kristen Stavola and Jeremy Gardiner, who run the Rescues Rock Inc. adoption and foster non-profit out of their Los Angeles home.

The Amells say that their neighborhood is a residential zone and that the animal rescue is illegally being run out of the house, according to TMZ.

Stephen just spoke out publicly for the first time since filing the lawsuit and he’s explaining why he’s going after the rescue company.
