Taylor Swift‘s record-breaking Eras Tour concert film seems to have caused another shift in the release schedule for a forthcoming movie – Meg Ryan‘s What Happens Later.

The trailer for Meg‘s new movie, her first movie since 2015 and first rom-com in even longer, was scheduled to arrive on October 13. We got a first taste earlier this week with the unveiling of the film’s trailer.

However, fans will have to wait a few weeks longer to see Meg in action again. Following news that Taylor‘s movie had broken a single-day presale record held by a Marvel movie, What Happens Later is shifting its release date.

Hours after Taylor Swift announced her AMC Eras Tour concert film, presales are looking amazing!

Tickets for the upcoming movie went on sale at 8:15 a.m. ET on Thursday (August 31) and presales are already well past $10 million.

Given the Eras Tour (and general Swiftie-type) mania, the success isn’t surprising.

Sabrina Carpenter will be the opening act for the rest of Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour shows throughout the end of 2023 and we have her set list here!

The 24-year-old singer and actress recently wrapped her own headlining tour and now she’s joining the biggest tour in the world.

Sabrina performed her first show on the tour on Thursday (August 24) at Foro Sol in Mexico City, Mexico. She will continue as the opening act for the South America shows in November, as well as Australia shows in February 2023 and Singapore shows in March 2023.

Sabrina Carpenter just hit the stage for her first show as opening act of the Eras Tour and she opened the set with a vintage video!

The show began with Sabrina‘s cover of Taylor Swift‘s song “Picture to Burn,” which she filmed when she was just nine years old. The video was uploaded to her YouTube account just over 14 years ago in August 2009 and has nearly a million views.

Sabrina has clearly been a lifelong fan of Taylor‘s, so this is likely a dream come true to be opening for her on tour. This is her first show on the Eras Tour and she will continue as the opening act for the South America shows in November, as well as Australia shows in February 2023 and Singapore shows in March 2023.
