Al Pacino's Ex-Girlfriend Noor Alfallah Files For Full Custody Of Their Baby Son

Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah just recently welcomed their son, Roman, over the summer, and now, it’s been revealed that a custody battle might be on the horizon.

According to The Blast, Noor, 28, has filed a petition to get full custody of their baby.

The outlet reports that the paperwork will determine which parent Roman would live with full time, as it seems the couple are not together anymore. (They were apparently still together after welcoming Roman a month after his birth.)

The paperwork states that Noor would get full physical custody with “reasonable visitation” by Al. The documents do state that he would still have a say in major decisions pertaining to Roman‘s upbringing, including education, medical treatments and religion.

Apparently, the documents were written up just days after Roman was born, and Al did sign them along with a witness.

Noor is asked for Al to pay attorney fees or costs with the case. As for child support, the court system would determine the official amount for both parties ahead of the decisions.

Al‘s rep told JustJared.com, “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman.”

Al and Noor revealed Roman‘s name and details of his birth in late June.
