The first full length trailer for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is finally here!

This trailer is action packed and promising a huge return for the King of Atlantis. For those who are counting: fans have only noticed Amber Heard in one frame of the trailer, at around 2:23.

Here’s the film’s synopsis: “Having failed to defeat Aquaman the first time, Black Manta, still driven by the need to avenge his father’s death, will stop at nothing to take Aquaman down once and for all. This time Black Manta is more formidable than ever before, wielding the power of the mythic Black Trident, which unleashes an ancient and malevolent force. To defeat him, Aquaman will turn to his imprisoned brother Orm, the former King of Atlantis, to forge an unlikely alliance. Together, they must set aside their differences in order to protect their kingdom and save Aquaman’s family, and the world, from irreversible destruction.”

A trailer tease has been released for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom ahead of the full trailer arriving on Thursday and Warner Bros. also confirmed that Amber Heard is in the cast.

There had been questions surrounding Amber‘s role in the film amid her court cases with ex-husband Johnny Depp, but the studio has finally revealed she’s definitely included in the movie.

Here’s the film’s synopsis: “Having failed to defeat Aquaman the first time, Black Manta, still driven by the need to avenge his father’s death, will stop at nothing to take Aquaman down once and for all. This time Black Manta is more formidable than ever before, wielding the power of the mythic Black Trident, which unleashes an ancient and malevolent force. To defeat him, Aquaman will turn to his imprisoned brother Orm, the former King of Atlantis, to forge an unlikely alliance. All returning to the roles they originated, Jason Momoa plays Arthur Curry/Aquaman, now balancing his duties as both the King of Atlantis and a new father; Patrick Wilson is Orm, Aquaman’s half-brother and his nemesis, who must now step into a new role as his brother’s reluctant ally; Amber Heard is Mera, Atlantis’ Queen and mother of the heir to the throne; Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is Black Manta, committed more than ever to avenge his father’s death by destroying Aquaman, his family and Atlantis; and Nicole Kidman as Atlanna, a fierce leader and mother with the heart of a warrior. Also reprising their roles are Dolph Lundgren as King Nereus and Randall Park as Dr. Stephen Shin.

The stars of Broadway’s Tony-nominated plays stepped out for the Meet the Nominees press event!

Jessica Chastain, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Jodie Comer were among the stars in attendance at the event on Thursday morning (May 4) at the Sofitel Hotel in New York City.

The three actors are all nominated in the top acting categories at the 2023 Tony Awards!

The Tonys will take place on Sunday, June 11 and we can’t wait to see Broadway’s best highlighted throughout the show.

Penn Badgley, Jesse Williams, and David Harbour sat from row at the fashion show held during New York Fashion Week on Tuesday (February 14) at The Shed in New York CIty.

After the show, Thom ran out on the runway and adorably gave his partner Andrew Bolton a box of chocolates for Valentine’s Day!

Sophie Turner was joined by husband Joe Jonas to celebrate the opening night of her friend Corey Hawkins‘ new production on Broadway!

The married couple posed for a photo inside the Golden Theatre on Broadway for the opening night performance of Topdog/Underdog on Thursday night (October 20) in New York City.

Sophie previously worked with Corey on the short-form series Survive, which was released on Quibi back in early 2020. The show featured 12 episodes that ranged between five and ten minutes each.

Corey is currently starring in the play Topdog/Underdog alongside Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and they are getting rave reviews for their work in the play.

The play is “a darkly comic fable of brotherly love and family identity, tells the story of two brothers, Lincoln (Hawkins) and Booth (Abdul-Mateen II), names given to them as a joke by their father. Haunted by the past and their obsession with the street con game, three-card monte, the brothers come to learn the true nature of their history.”
