The 39-year-old reality star shared several quotes on her Instagram Stories on Saturday (August 26), emphasizing the importance of happiness in the face of negativity.

“‘You’re going to be happy,’ said life,” one of the quotes stated. “‘But first I’ll make you strong.’”

Khloe also shared a some words of wisdom about social media and its harmful impact on one’s mental health.

“Unpopular opinion: I think social media as absolutely destroyed our generations ability to be truly happy. We’re always seeing someone else who we think has it better than us and it causes us to think that what we have isn’t good enough,” the post read.

Khloe then shared a final Instagram Story reading, “When it doesn’t bother you like it used to, that’s peace.”

On the same day, Khloe shared a series of photos on her Instagram picturing herself with her 5-year-old daughter True and her 13-month-old son Tatum, both of whom she shares with ex Tristan Thompson. The heartwarming post was captioned: “🐻🐻Mommy’s cubs 🐼🐼”
