Josh Seiter has announced that he has checked into a mental health facility, just weeks after it was falsely reported that he died.

The former contestant of The Bachelorette says his Instagram account was hacked after a statement was posted to his page announcing his death.

In his new statement, Josh still maintains that his account was hacked, but says he will be getting treatment amid harassment from “hundreds” of people.

“For the last month I’ve received hundreds of hateful messages and unending harassment related to my account being hacked,” Josh wrote in his statement. “I wish I was stronger but I can’t take any more and am logging off of social media for good and am checking myself into a wellness facility now to try to get some kind of handle on my mental health. I am losing my phone in the next hour. I love you all. To the people sending me death threats, you win.”

Joe Jonas has been spending time in New York City in between his tour dates, seemingly in order to be with his kids.

The 34-year-old singer was spotted with his younger brother Nick Jonas while leaving their hotel and heading to the airport on Monday (September 25) in New York City.

Joe and Nick were en route to Pittsburgh, Penn. for the latest stop on the Jonas Brothers‘ Five Albums. One Night. The World Tour.

It was announced on Monday that Joe and his estranged wife Sophie Turner have agreed to keep their two young children in New York City for now amid her attempt to bring them to England.

The debate over trans rights came after Jonathan and Dax were discussing if The New York Times was more left or right leaning, to which Jonathan argued that it was a lot more right than people think because of the paper’s content about gender-affirming care.

Dax then argued that the paper is “challenging” ideas that teens should be allowed to take hormones and blockers.

“Some people are very uncomfortable about teenagers transitioning,” he shared. “How do we know that the person’s not gonna change their mind? Then there’s another counterargument. If they kill themselves, then that’s really f***ing permanent. … To even question it makes you an enemy. I don’t think that’s the way forward.”

Jonathan, surprised at Dax‘s stance, admitted that it was like “I’m talking to my dad.”

“There’s just so many things that are so much more important and we’re over here being like, ‘Well, there’s legitimate concerns [about transgender athletes],’” Jonathan said. “All I’m saying is what we know about misinformation and disinformation is when you have an outsized reaction to something, there’s a good chance that you’re being exposed to misinformation and disinformation. And a lot of the rhetoric around the anti-trans backlash does have a lot of misinformation and disinformation in it.”

Dax continued to fight back against what Jonathan was saying, with the Queer Eye star sharing more of their disappointment surrounding the conversation when it comes to people who think they’re allies, when they are not.

“I’m a nonbinary f***ing trans person. When I talk to my dad or people who say similar things, it’s hard to be cool through that,” they continued. “I’m not calling you a transphobe. You can not be transphobic and still have thoughts that espouse trans misogyny and espouse transphobic ideologies or beliefs and not be transphobic.”

Dax did apologize, and said that he did not intend to start a debate about trans rights. It was then that Jonathan shed tears over it.

“I could just cry because I’m so tired of having to fight for little kids because they just want to be included,” they shared. “I wish that people were as passionate about little kids being able to be included or grow up as they were about fictitious women’s fairness in sports. I have to tell you I am very tired.”

Angus Cloud‘s mom is opening up about the moment when she discovered her son’s lifeless body in his childhood bedroom.

For those who aren’t aware, the Euphoria actor passed away in July 2023 at the age of 25 and it was determined that he died from an accidental overdose of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and more. He suffered acute intoxication from the combination of drugs, which also included benzodiazepine, according to the Alameda County Coroner.

Lisa told People that she discovered Angus‘ body slumped over his desk on the morning of July 31, though she didn’t initially think anything was wrong as he often fell asleep at his desk while creating art. She realized something was wrong after approaching his body to say good morning.

“I started shaking him and screaming. I pushed him hard, and he fell on the floor. I tried to resuscitate him — mouth to mouth — and I was compressing him,” Lisa said through sobs. “I was screaming for my neighbor because I didn’t want to leave him and call 911, and I just kept at it until they took him away. I miss him so much. He was the love of my life.”

Lisa also commented on Angus‘ cause of death.

“It was predominantly the central nervous system depressants. It started to slow his heart and slow his breathing,” she said. “He got tired from lack of oxygen. Everything just slowed down, and eventually his heart stopped and he went to sleep. But he didn’t kill himself… He went out at his total power, his total beauty, his total influence, and the reaction that everyone has had is very moving to me. You know, he’s not just an actor who overdosed. He was a beautiful soul, and that’s why people miss him so much.”
